Neil Turner
Chairman
As Chairman of NRT, I founded the company in 1994 after backpacking around the world for 2 years. I qualified as an electrician completing my apprenticeship with Seeboard. I attend board meetings and liaise closely with Paul Antino our MD on a regular basis.
I love spending time with my family first and foremost, I have a great wife and 2 fab grown up kids. I love travelling and seeing different cultures, Shooting and fishing along with the occasional gym session too, I am Chairman of Chipstead Football Club and am also a Chelsea season ticket holder.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
Love the great group of people we have working with us. Always a good vibe in the office. Been great seeing the company going from strength to strength and becoming better and better in delivery and service. Without good people this simply is not possible
What is your definition of a perfect day?
Sitting around a lake in the countryside waiting for that big fish
What would be your last meal on earth?
I am a bit of a foody. Love all cuisines but think it would have to be a nice fine Indian curry
What gadget can you not live without?
Probably my phone. I nag my children about living their lives on the phone and find myself doing the same. They are great devices
If you could be an animal which would it be?
I would be a dog like ours called Max. He is the most spoilt one in the Turner household

Paul Antino
Managing Director
I am Managing Director for NRT since and have been working here since 2000. Previously I was a Regional Operations Manager for an electricity board.
My outside hobbies include Football and socialising.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT? The Staff

Ryan Simmons FCMI
Director
Ryan Joined NRT back in 2004 after a career with the Electricity Board and the electrical wholesale industry. Working closely with a team of great people I have had the privilege of seeing the business grow in all aspects.
Outside of work I enjoy trying to play golf and watching my daughter play football for Lewes FC.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT? The fantastic team
What is your definition of a perfect day? Walk with the family and our dog Archie followed by a country pub lunch

Adam Smith
Operations Manager
I started working for NRT when I was 21 back in 2010. My first role within the business was as an electrician, being internally promoted, landing me in my current job role as Operations Manager. This consists of many different parts including quality control, resourcing and allocation of labour, management of staff, project management, training for staff and technical guru. I also represent NRT as Vice Chairman for the Greater London Regional executive committee for the ECA, where I meet with other electrical contractors and industry specialists to try to improve and enhance the industry for the electrical contracting industry. I qualified as an electrician prior to starting with NRT.
Outside of work I like to ride my motorcycle and play 5 a side football (goalkeeper).

Alastair O’Neill
Electrical Supervisor
I am an Electrical Supervisor. My roles consist of managing reactive and non-maintenance works, emergency lighting, and testing within Lambeth. I have been employed for 5 years; however, I was a subcontractor for NRT for many years before that. I am also a qualified electrician.
My hobbies outside of work are exercise and football.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
The different electrical works we cover. Working on lateral mains then to a new build school

Andrew Whyte
Pre-Construction Manager
I started with NRT in June 2016 as part of the Estimating team in the role of Pre-Construction Manager. My background consists of project management & maintenance engineering.
I enjoy drawing, music and gardening in my spare time.

George Castleton
Project Manager
I have worked with NRT since November 2017 in the role of Project Manager as part of the commercial department. I oversee all aspects of the projects on site, manage all packages within our scope of works, ensuring they are installed to client specification on time and that they comply with current regulations. My previous jobs have included the following; Retained Firefighter, Electrician, Electrical Site Supervisor and Electrical Project manager.
My hobbies are Rugby and running.

Kim Dudley
Company Secretary
I joined NRT in January 2007 to look after all aspects of administration, the team grew as the business grew with 4 other administrators and I went on to solely be a Contract Administrator. I am now the Company Secretary working directly for and reporting to the Company Shareholders as well as managing the company’s freehold and leaseholds office needs. My previous jobs have included working in a buying department resolving invoice and buying queries.
My favourite pass times are spending time with my family, socialising with friends and reading.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
Working with great people that help and support you and enabling me to continue my carer while being a mother.
What is your definition of a perfect day?
At the beach on a warm day with my children, playing in the sea and sand and eating ice creams

Lee Russell MIET SHEQ
Advisor/Project Manager
I am an SHEQ Advisor, Project Manager, Senior BAFE Manager, looking after and maintaining company accreditations such as ISO9001 and 14001:2015, Constructionline, UVDB, Acclaim, FIA, SMAS and CHAS, working with external accreditation bodies and their auditors to continue to be granted and hold each accreditation. Implementing new accreditations the company needs to gain such as NIS BAFE, ISO 45001, to ensure they meet clients requirements. Advising & updating the company and clients on SHEQ issues to ensure responsibilities and requirements are met on projects. I started working for NRT in January 2012, prior to this I was a Self-Employed Electrical Contractor.
Outside of work my hobbies include gym, cars, socialising, movies and going out for meals with friends

Luke Nightingale
Contracts Manager
I started with NRT at the age of 16 and after completing my apprenticeship spent a couple of years on the tools before moving into a Junior Engineer role in the office.
Once I built up project experience and completed various courses I progressed to the role of Project Manager and have continued to progress by gaining experience with mechanical disciplines.
In my free time I like to train in kickboxing & BJJ, travel to other countries and spend time with my family, friends and crazy dog!
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
The variety of projects and the people I get to meet

Good weather, good music, good company

All of the Wagyu steak

I’m either the GOAT, or maybe just a bit of a goat

Mike Burrows
Contracts Manager
I started working for NRT in April 2004, my title is Commercial Projects Manager and IT support at the head office. The role includes managing electrical projects for main contractors including Life Build, Buxtons along with direct clients like The Children's Trust at Tadworth. Works consist of all aspects of the electrical package, including lighting, controls, security, life safety, data, distribution boards and sub mains installations.
My hobbies vary, but mainly family, cycling, and DIY
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
Family community feel, with a good skill base across the board, and a great knowledge base for all aspects of work
What is your definition of a perfect day?
Clear sunny Sunday morning, perfect for a bike ride.
What gadget can you not live without?
My Garmin cycle computer, to make sure i get home safe after a long ride.

Victoria Goodridge
Accounts Supervisor
I work in the accounts department as an Accounts Supervisor. I started with NRT in June 2013 straight from 6th form where I studied Maths, Photography and Business Studies. I completed my AAT Advanced Diploma in accounting whilst working for NRT.
I enjoy baking with my daughter and taking her out on adventures in my spare time.

Danny Thibeault
Accounts Assistant
I am an Accounts Assistant – my role is to record financial transactions, this includes inputting purchase invoices on our system, producing sales invoices as well as reconciling statements. In addition to this I also assist in the management of the fleet. I started working for NRT in May 2018. Previously I worked for my local food retailer. I would rotate the stock and assisted in managing the warehouse.
Outside out work I enjoy DIY projects. This can be anything to making decking for my garden or tinkering on my car.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
My favourite part about working for NRT is the work culture. Since my first day everyone has been friendly and easy to work with.

Edward Wilson
Technical Administrator
I have a bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Aberdeen. My thesis focused on electrical vehicle charging and specifically the use of wireless power transfer using resonant electromagnetic induction to design a wireless electric vehicle charger.
What would be your last meal on earth?
Cheeseburger and chips, so long as the burger isn’t too fancy.

Burnt, Its not the best but every few months I get the urge to re-watch it again.

Jordan Card
Commercial Contracts Administrator
I joined NRT’s administration team as an Office Junior in December 2012 at 19 years old. I am now a Commercial Contracts Administrator which involves taking each contract from an enquiry to an application. Prior to working at NRT I worked as a hairdresser.
My hobbies include countryside walks (petting every animal on the way), anything art and design, hair and beauty and photographing everything in between.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
I met my best friends here! I love the family feeling, the support and how NRT have introduced me to charity work for The Emily Ash Trust, this has pushed me into doing things I would never have dreamed of like jumping out of an aeroplane.
What is your definition of a perfect day?
A day in Disneyland Paris with my boyfriend, friends and family, my most favourite place in the world!
What would be your last meal on earth?
Steak & lobster (don’t hold back on the garlic butter) with a side of mac & cheese, washed down with a white sangria please!

Pearl Harbour or What Dreams May Come, depends how many tissues and how much ice cream I have left!

Julie Simmons
Contract Administrator & Liaison Officer
I am a Contract Administrator and Liaison Officer. I have been working for NRT since April 2012. My role includes liaising with the residents and client throughout the works, assisting vulnerable residents and administrating the contract from booking to certification.
I was a carer prior to working with NRT and my hobbies include gardening, photography and football (supporting).

I love the reactive work; it keeps me on my toes

Contract Administration
I started my role with the administration team at NRT as an Office Junior/Administrator in November 2017 managing the company fleet, PPE, stock, general administration and domestic enquiries, I am now taking my role into Contract Administration. I previously worked in retail giving me the attention to detail and customer service skills that I now use in my everyday work.
My favourite hobbies are socialising and travelling.

Rebeca Kimble
Administrator
Rebeca joined NRT in Feb 2020 after working as a florist in nearby Banstead for around 7 years. She decided to make the switch back to an office-based environment soon after having a little boy and wanting a better work/life balance for her and her young family and really hasn’t looked back since.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
There is always a lovely ‘vibe’ in the office, we’re a really friendly bunch, always willing to help each other out and no question is too small to ask. The company invests in and genuinely respects its staff members, making for a really enjoyable environment to be a part of.
What is your definition of a perfect day?
Waking up to a happy son after an undisturbed sleep with my house having been immaculately cleaned (!), enjoying a breakfast with my family that someone else has cooked (!) followed by a lovely country-side walk with them. I’d then quite fancy a blissful spa afternoon with my girl-friends, topped off with a night on the town with my husband featuring dinner & a show and a stay in a gorgeous hotel – The Savoy would do!

Probably the ‘tasting menu’ at Sorrel in Dorking!

Zoe Smith
Junior Administrator
I joined NRT as an administrator, after two years working at a retail head office. My role is varied, I answer calls and emails, book appointments, send letters, fill schedules for the engineers and complete paperwork. Working in retail gave me the skills to be adaptable, working in a fast-paced environment, at NRT I have gained skills in customer service, diary management, and problem solving.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, experiencing the culture of different countries. My hobbies include art and design, dancing and dressmaking.
