Neil Turner
Chairman
As Chairman of NRT, I founded the company in 1994 after backpacking around the world for 2 years. I qualified as an electrician completing my apprenticeship with Seeboard. I attend board meetings and liaise closely with Paul Antino our MD on a regular basis.
I love spending time with my family first and foremost, I have a great wife and 2 fab grown up kids. I love travelling and seeing different cultures, Shooting and fishing along with the occasional gym session too, I am Chairman of Chipstead Football Club and am also a Chelsea season ticket holder.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
Love the great group of people we have working with us. Always a good vibe in the office. Been great seeing the company going from strength to strength and becoming better and better in delivery and service. Without good people this simply is not possible
What is your definition of a perfect day?
Sitting around a lake in the countryside waiting for that big fish
What would be your last meal on earth?
I am a bit of a foody. Love all cuisines but think it would have to be a nice fine Indian curry
What gadget can you not live without?
Probably my phone. I nag my children about living their lives on the phone and find myself doing the same. They are great devices
If you could be an animal which would it be?
I would be a dog like ours called Max. He is the most spoilt one in the Turner household

Paul Antino
Managing Director
I am Managing Director for NRT since and have been working here since 2000. Previously I was a Regional Operations Manager for an electricity board.
My outside hobbies include Football and socialising.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT? The Staff
Do you have any secret skills? No, not that I am aware off
What is your definition of a perfect day? Wake up breathing and go to sleep breathing
What would be your last meal on earth? Spaghetti Bolognese

Ryan Simmons FCMI
Director
Ryan Joined NRT back in 2004 after a career with the Electricity Board and the electrical wholesale industry. Working closely with a team of great people I have had the privilege of seeing the business grow in all aspects.
Outside of work I enjoy trying to play golf and watching my daughter play football for Lewes FC.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT? The fantastic team
What is your definition of a perfect day? Walk with the family and our dog Archie followed by a country pub lunch
What would be your last meal on earth? It has to be Spaghetti Carbonara with double cream and bacon.

Adam Smith
Director
I started working for NRT when I was 21 back in 2010. My first role within the business was as an electrician, being internally promoted, landing me in my current role Director. This consists of many different parts including quality control, resourcing and allocation of labour, management of staff, project management, training for staff and technical guru. I also represent NRT as Vice Chairman for the Greater London Regional executive committee for the ECA, where I meet with other electrical contractors and industry specialists to try to improve and enhance the industry for the electrical contracting industry. I qualified as an electrician prior to starting with NRT.
Outside of work I like to ride my motorcycle and play 5 a side football (goalkeeper).

Alastair O’Neill
London Office Contract Manager
I am an Electrical Supervisor. My roles consist of managing reactive and non-maintenance works, emergency lighting, and testing within Lambeth. I have been employed for 5 years; however, I was a subcontractor for NRT for many years before that. I am also a qualified electrician.
My hobbies outside of work are exercise and football.
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
The different electrical works we cover. Working on lateral mains then to a new build school

The Original Italian Job
What gadget can you not live without?
Unfortunately, my mobile phone!

George Castleton
Commercial Senior Project Manager
I have worked with NRT since November 2017 in the role of Project Manager as part of the commercial department. I oversee all aspects of the projects on site, manage all packages within our scope of works, ensuring they are installed to client specification on time and that they comply with current regulations. My previous jobs have included the following; Retained Firefighter, Electrician, Electrical Site Supervisor and Electrical Project manager.
My hobbies are Rugby and running.

Lee Russell MIET SHEQ
SHEQ Advisor
I am an SHEQ Advisor, Project Manager, Senior BAFE Manager, looking after and maintaining company accreditations such as ISO9001 and 14001:2015, Constructionline, UVDB, Acclaim, FIA, SMAS and CHAS, working with external accreditation bodies and their auditors to continue to be granted and hold each accreditation. Implementing new accreditations the company needs to gain such as NIS BAFE, ISO 45001, to ensure they meet clients requirements. Advising & updating the company and clients on SHEQ issues to ensure responsibilities and requirements are met on projects. I started working for NRT in January 2012, prior to this I was a Self-Employed Electrical Contractor.
Outside of work my hobbies include gym, cars, socialising, movies and going out for meals with friends
What is your favourite part about working for NRT? Training and educating individuals, learning and developing new skills.

Victoria Goodridge
Accounts Supervisor
I work in the accounts department as an Accounts Supervisor. I started with NRT in June 2013 straight from 6th form where I studied Maths, Photography and Business Studies. I completed my AAT Advanced Diploma in accounting whilst working for NRT.
I enjoy baking with my daughter and taking her out on adventures in my spare time.

Julie Simmons
Senior Commercial Administrator
I am a Contract Administrator and Liaison Officer. I have been working for NRT since April 2012. My role includes liaising with the residents and client throughout the works, assisting vulnerable residents and administrating the contract from booking to certification.
I was a carer prior to working with NRT and my hobbies include gardening, photography and football (supporting).
What is your favourite part about working for NRT?
I love the reactive work; it keeps me on my toes
What is your definition of a perfect day?
Day at the races with sunshine, Prosecco and going home with a purse full of cash
What would be your last meal on earth?
Salmon, new potatoes with herb butter and salad, followed by a bar of chocolate (must be Cadburys)
