This project consisted of the demolition of the old canteen and classrooms and replacement kitchen, canteen, plant room and classrooms. It also included the installation of a new HV/LV substation due to the increased electrical load.

NRT Building Services Group was contracted to install the complete electrical installation to include:

• Data
• Containment
• LED (Dali) Lighting systems
• Lightning Protection
• Life Safety Systems
• Design development
• BIM

The project involved multiple phases to minimise the disruption to the school.

We are currently undertaking Phase 2 of 4 for the school.
